You may use CareVeya only if:
Customers are responsible for:
CareVeya provides software tools. It does not replace professional judgement, legal advice, clinical advice, safeguarding duties, CQC obligations or care provider responsibilities.
Users must keep account details secure and must not share login credentials. Customers are responsible for activity carried out under their authorised user accounts unless caused by CareVeya's breach of these Terms.
We may suspend access where we reasonably believe there is unauthorised use, security risk, misuse or breach of these Terms.

CareVeya may support CQC readiness, operational monitoring and care record management, but it does not guarantee CQC compliance, inspection outcomes, safeguarding outcomes or regulatory approval.
The care provider remains responsible for the quality, safety and legality of the care they deliver.
Both parties must comply with applicable UK data protection laws.
Where CareVeya processes personal data on behalf of a care provider, the care provider is normally the Data Controller and CareVeya is normally the Data Processor.
Additional data processing terms may apply to customers using the platform.
Customers retain ownership of data they enter into CareVeya.
Customers grant CareVeya the right to process customer data only as needed to provide, secure, maintain and improve the service, comply with the law and fulfil our contractual obligations.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that CareVeya will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, updates or improvements from time to time.
Where possible, we will try to minimise disruption.
Some CareVeya services may be free, trial-based or paid subscription services.
Where fees apply:
If a free trial is offered, it is provided for evaluation purposes only. At the end of the trial, access may be limited, suspended or converted to a paid plan unless otherwise agreed.
CareVeya, including its software, branding, design, content, features and documentation, belongs to CareVeya or its licensors.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer or create competing products from CareVeya without written permission.
CareVeya may integrate with or rely on third-party services such as hosting, payments, email, SMS, analytics or authentication providers.
We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we will take reasonable care when choosing providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareVeya will not be liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings or loss caused by misuse of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate access if:
Customers may stop using the service in line with their subscription or customer agreement.
We may update, improve, remove or change features from time to time. We will aim to avoid changes that materially reduce core functionality without notice.
We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will be available on our website. Continued use of CareVeya after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
